Call today and experience the superior service of Mr. Appliance. When you call for service, I will:
- take extra precautions to avoid tracking dirt into your house, such as wearing disposable booties on my shoes;
- give you a one-hour time range during which I'll arrive at your house so you're not waiting around for half a day;
- wear a uniform and arrive in a clean, fully decaled van so there's never a question about who just pulled up in your driveway and is knocking at your door;
- carry a reasonable parts inventory on my van so that I can usually fix your appliance in my first trip;
- after I diagnose the problem, I'll quote the complete repair price to you up front instead of surprising you afterwards with a mystery bill;
- clean up the work area when I am finished.
Here's how I charge for my residential appliance repair services:
- I do not charge a Service Call fee, Trip Charge, or other fee just for arriving at your home.
- You will only pay for the actual work performed at your home. I use an industry-standard flat-rate pricing guide so the complete repair cost, including parts and labor, will be shown to you up-front after I troubleshoot your appliance and figure out what repair it needs. The minimum fee is $65. So, even if you decide not to do the repair, you'll still owe $65 for me to troubleshoot and diagnose your appliance. But if you decide to go forward with the repair, the diagnostic fee is waived and you'll only pay for the price of the repair.
- If I can't figure out what's wrong with your appliance, you pay nothing!
- If your appliance shouldn't be repaired because it's too old or in bad condition, I will tell you and you'll only pay the $65 troubleshooting fee. I don't want to waste your money. If you still want it repaired, I'll do it, of course, but no warranty will apply. If you're wondering how much is a new one, this article will help you with that.
- All completed repairs (with the exception of those repairs that I do not recommend) are guaranteed for one year parts and labor.
- Payment is due upon completion of the work, I do not bill or invoice. I accept cash and checks. I do not accept credit cards.
You can either call or email to arrange for service. When you call, you will almost always get a human, though it may not be me.
