• If, after evaluating your appliance and, in my expert, professional opinion, the repair is not worth doing or if the needed parts are no longer available, then you pay nothing.
• Most repairs can be completed in one trip.
• Professional services are rendered at a flat rate of $125 plus parts for most repairs in New London. The fee is higher for some installations or appliances but, if this is the case, I would quote this up-front. For repairs outside of New London there is a $25 trip charge for a return trip (if needed). If you pay the entire bill (parts plus my fee) by cash, gold, or silver, I’ll take $25 off the bill!
