My control board has been replaced but I still have the same issues. The machine fills with water but does not tumble. I'm being told by the repair guy that this is caused by a faulty timer. Dryer has 4 rollers and not prone to lint fires like the FRIGGS. Washer portion will last as long as the dryer does, not like the FRIGGS and is a gem to servive. Also sold as Kenmore by Sears so ask Sears sales staff who made the Kenmore washer / dryer unit when you check them out. Only 30 years experience here so maybe some old guy has some sage advice for you. I purchased a Frigidaire Stack Laundry Center from Sears about a month ago and am very disappointed with the dryer vent. It vents through the door before going into the lint filter. After doing a load of towels when you open the door, dust flys everywhere. The floor, the air and even onto the clean clothes. I have to clean the door and filter before I can remove my clothes. I'm planning on returning it IF I can find a stacking unit that doesn't vent through the door. Any suggestions??
