Troubleshooting and Repairing Major Appliances. If you need to learn the fundamentals of appliance repair, like how to make basic electrical tests, how to read a schematic diagram, testing a refrigerator defrost timer, how to read a washer timing chart, and lots and lots of other cool fundamental stuff then buy this book. Don't tell anyone, but I still look stuff up in this book when I need to freshen up on the fundamentals. And if you're just getting started in professional appliance repair, this book is a must-have.
