How about control lock on duet washer? Mine is stuck on control lock and I cant get it off.
Try pulling the plug on the washer for about 15 minutes and plugging it back in. If that doesn’t clear the control lock, then you need to replace the main control board.

I just bought a house and it came with a Whirlpool Duet washer which worked the first three times I used it. Now after a cycle finishes, it fills back up with water. I have tried the drain and spin cycle which worked once, but now I can’t get it to do anything. Any suggestions?

I would put the machine into diagnostic mode to nail down what’s happening. The tech sheet for your washer explains how to do this. It’s cleverly hidden in your washer.
